Rents will be due and payable one week in

2. Garbage must be ready daily at 8 o'clock a.m.,

be thrown into the water closets, or on the stairs or

5. Tenants must not drive nails, or scratch
matches on the walls of their rooms, or on any part
of the building.

Dryers for washed clothes are provided in the
basement, and each tenant is entitled to the use of a
dryer during two hours of each week. A limited space
for drying clothes is also provided on the roof. Re-
quests for space must be made at the office.
7. Children will not be allowed in the basement
or on the roof, except in care of an adult.
