EVENTY-FIVE YEARS ago The Church Home Society of Boston had a "Home,"
an institution for orphan and destitute children. Today's work is done not in an
but in the children's own homes or in foster homes. For that reason the Society wishes to
discard its inappropriate name and adopt one which will bring the Society up to date in its
asylum
work, The Society offers three prizes for a new name-$150.00, $75.00,

STHE SOCIETY cares for babies, children who bave lost both father and
mother, boys and girls of high school age in need of friendship and
guidance, children whose environment carries the menace of a vicious
future, convalescents, the friendless unmarried mother and her baby.
Ist Prize, $150.00; 2nd, $75.00; 3rd, $25.00
JAny number of names may be submitted.
SEach must bear the name and address of the sender.
JNo name will be returned unless accompanied by a
stamped addressed envelope.
SThe judges reserve the right to withdraw the offer if
in their opinion no suitable names are submitted or to
modify any name chosen to suit the needs of the Society.
SThe decision of the judges will be final.
SContest ends midnight, December 31, 1929.
