The Board of Directors of the Society appoints a
Committee on Home Libraries, advisory in its functions.
Besides general direction by the general secretary,
and such special service as may be rendered by him, the
keeping of the accounts by the book-keep er of the Society,
and about half of the time of the office errand boy, the
whole time of one paid worker, a woman, is given to the
work.
