Department may be performed in such a manner as
to avoid delay in the construction of buildings,
owners and builders must give twenty-four hours'
notice to the Building Inspector when the services

All foundations before the superstruc-
ture is built.
Third. Chimneys before the outer surfaces are

Fire stopping and fire proofing must be completed
and inspected before the work of lathing and pias
tering is started
