BEEN RAISED THROUGH INVESTMENT BY TENANT-MEMBERS AND
THE PUBLIC.
5% Shares, 4% Loan Stock
Promises of application for £3,000 Shares and Loan Stock are now invited
Shares 1 each; minimum holding, five shares. Shares are entitled to 5% per annum
from profits (cumulative).
(Each Share gives one Vote.)
Applications for Loan Stock may be to any amount from 1 to
1,000.
Stock bears 4 per cent. interest and has a prior claim to shares on the assets of the
Society. It carries no voting powedless the investor also holds shares, in which
Case every 5 worth of Loan Stock gives one vote.
Both Shares and Loan Stock are transferable only.
