And, Whereas, the BOARD OF HEALTH of the City of Springfield deems it necessary for
the safety and health of the people that a drain from said estate should enter the public sewer
and all sewage therefrom be properly conducted to said sewer:
Nou, Therefure, you are hereby notified to enter with a private drain the public sewer
abutting your said estate within.
days from service hereof; otherwise
you will be proceeded against according to law.
