Adoption of the Constitution of the Cardiff Branch of the
Welsh University Asso ciation for furtherance of Social
Work
Clubs formed and work started in premises in Portmanmoor
Road, East Moors
Saturday evening free concerts started

A meeting of the Council and the members of the Welsh
1903
University Association for the furtherance of So cial
Work was held at which the following resolution was
passed:
"That the Executive Committee be authorized to pro-
ceed with the formation of a Limited Company, as sug-
gested in their special report, to wind up the Cardiff
Branch as at present constituted, and to transfer the
assets of the Branch to the Company when formed", with
the addendum that the Sub-Committee be empower ed to make
alterations and modifications therein, if any, as may
seem expedient, and finally to settle the same."
The Association was register ed as a company and is now
1904
known as "The University Settlement in Cardiff Association "

Moors and premises in Portmanmoor Read given up.
